Скасування замовлення з передоплатою

Для замовлень по Україні під час оформлення вноситься передоплата 300 грн, решта сплачується при отриманні у Новій пошті.

• Скасування до відправки: напишіть нам на email redistoreshop@gmail.com або в Instagram @redi.clothes, вказавши номер замовлення. Передоплату повернемо повністю протягом 7 днів тим самим способом оплати.
• Скасування після відправки: якщо ви відмовляєтеся від посилки у відділенні, передоплата повертається за вирахуванням вартості доставки та зворотної доставки Нової пошти.
• Скасування з нашого боку: якщо товар закінчився або ми не можемо виконати замовлення, ми скасуємо його та повністю повернемо передоплату.

Cancellation of prepaid orders

For orders within Ukraine, a 300 UAH prepayment is paid online at checkout; the balance is paid on delivery at Nova Poshta.

• Before dispatch: contact us at redistoreshop@gmail.com or via Instagram @redi.clothes with your order number. The prepayment is refunded in full within 7 days to the original payment method.
• After dispatch: if you refuse the parcel at the branch, the prepayment is refunded minus the outbound and return Nova Poshta shipping costs.
• Cancellation by us: if an item is out of stock or we cannot fulfil the order, we will cancel it and refund the prepayment in full.
